Streaming image on tccplazacam.usc.edu is broken. * STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Load: http://tccplazacam.usc.edu/CgiStart?page=Single&Language=0 * RESULTS Image changes to a broken image after a brief flash of the first frame of the image. * REGRESSION Yes, this is a regression in WebKit r173394.
