Steps:
1. Launch Chrome
2. Go to http://www.w3.org/International/tests/sec-list-style-type-4
3. Find word "ωψ" in this page
4. Observe the list numbering for "ωψ"
Result:
The list numbering shows as "αZψ" for "ωψ"
Expected:
Should display "ωψ" for "ωψ"

We had a number of improvements in this area over the years. The Greek test passes now. The Armenian test appears to have been incorrect per analysis in the Chromium bug.
