White space sticking to top of screen when in fullscreen mode

If we scroll past the top of the web page in fullscreen mode (Swiping down), we see a white space to indicate we've reached the top of the web page. The issue is that the white space doesn't "retract" like in Safari. This was tested in a plain view wrapped in a WKWebView. The video does a better job of showing the white space that sticks on top.
