Although there is no clear regression point, the first failure appears at commit 254731@main.

I was able to replicate this failure on iOS 16 Debug ToT as follows:

run-webkit-test --ios-simulator http/wpt/css/css-animations/set-animation-play-state-to-paused-001.html
