During our feature flag update, we used the status 'shipping' to refer to a web platform feature that has been shipping for more than a year, and no longer needs to provide a toggle for A/B testing.

After further discussion, and feedback that it is difficult to remember the difference between 'stable' and 'shipping', we have decided to use 'mature' instead.

This patch updates the generator code to recognize the state 'mature'.
