are constant time outs on Ventura only.

This bug appears to have regressed at 259434@main as it was the first appearance of time outs.

I attempted to replicate this timeout as follows:

run-webkit-test --root http/tests/workers/service/getnotifications-stop.html 
run-webkit-test --root http/tests/workers/service/getnotifications.html 

I was unable to replicate even in iterations. I did attempt on Release and Debug ToT.

Tests are good now, this might have been the SDK mismatch issue.
