0. With Safari Tech Preview
1. Remote debug an iPad or an iPhone (through the Develop menu on macOS)
2. A new Web Inspector window opens for the remote context of the iPad
3. Choose the "Elements tab"
4. There are 4 icons on the left side of the Elements tab: The first one is the crosshair
5. Click on it

Expected:
Crosshair becomes blue

Actual:
Crosshair does not change color.

Note:
At the beginning I thought the feature was not available, but I tried anyway.
Once you select the crosshair and tap on the iPad or iPhone, the right context in the Elements tab is displayed.
