Hi Team,

While going through initial run of STP163 on WPT.FYI, I noticed regression in following two tests:

input-events/input-events-get-target-ranges-backspace.tentative.html
input-events/input-events-get-target-ranges-forwarddelete.tentative.html

Error seems to suggest that it could be WebDriver error and we have regression in WebDriver tests itself, so it might be temporary error or our WebDriver implementation causing issue but still want to raise it for tracking purposes.

I'm assuming this is a dupe of rdar://105218538; I can't repro on Ventura which makes me suspect it is.
