I noticed an issue with MacOS voiceover where it does not announce the "unselected" state for web radio buttons. Reproduction: - You can find a video reproduction of this issue under the video titled "MacOS Voiceover Safari" on this site: https://www.magentaa11y.com/checklist-web/radio. (Interestingly, notice that iOS Voiceover Safari does announce "unchecked".) - You can also reproduce this by testing MacOS Voiceover on the radio buttons on the same website.
