Visit https://www.youtube.com/live in Ephy Tech Preview and select a Live Now video that does not say "Streamed n minutes ago" (as these completed streams are just normal videos).

Try to seek in the livestream. It's broken. GStreamer debug log attached.

With current main of WebKit and GStreamer I cannot reproduce this issue. You'd need https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/gstreamer/-/merge_requests/3867 backported in your runtime and the corresponding WebKit patch.
