There was a 403 error while ews api test tried to check results database in https://ews-build.webkit.org/#/builders/9/builds/95806/steps/14/logs/results-db

Checking Results database for failing tests. Identifier: 260323@main, configuration: {'platform': 'ios', 'style': 'release'}
TestWTF.WTF_PackedRefPtr.Const: pass_rate: Unknown, pre-existing-failure=False
Response from results-db: {}
Failed to query results summary with status code 403



Results database url: https://results.webkit.org/?suite=api-tests&test=TestWTF.WTF_PackedRefPtr.Const&platform=ios

Currently latest revision for which results db has results for this test is: 260320@main, while ews was querying for 260323@main. Maybe that caused an issue.

Hm, I'd expect a 404, not a 403...don't know that the results database uses 403, I think that might have been from an intermediary.

Resolving this as "WORKSFORME" unless we see this reproduce again.
