We recently updated the Xcode being used to the most recent shipping version, since then we have been seeing an abnormally high number of new failures observed here:

Some are constant crashes, some are flaky. But they all appear to be the same. I've adjusted expectations for these accordingly above.

Re-opening to remove prior set expectations that are no longer needed due to roll back.
