From twistd.log, I see some errors matching the timestamp of the build: 2023-02-27 08:43:07-0800 [-] Error in sending email for new build failure: 'ascii' codec can't encode character '\u2018' in position 790: ordinal not in range(128) Looks like this is happening fairly often. 172 times in the last 4 days.
