There's currently no API for setting or enabling custom banners on ARQuickLook here https://developer.apple.com/documentation/arkit/arquicklookpreviewitem?language=objc. More information seen here on custom banners not showing https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=1278808
