lmk if you disagree, but the error handling for invalid elements (and what exact WebDriver error we return) probably isn't essential for accessibility testing

(also, to note, given this is about what exact WebDriver errors we return, the outstanding failures here are probably in SafariDriver and not in the WebKit Automation Protocol, hence out of scope of WebKit)
