EWS for mac-api was green on the PR since EWS ignores pre-existing failures seen on post-commit bots. This covered up the fact that the test was still failing: https://ews-build.webkit.org/#/builders/18/builds/1253

Since this test is still failing, has been failing for quite some time, and because Miguel is leaving the WebKit project I have opted to disable this API test with the above commit. We will need to determine who this gets re-assigned to moving forward.
