Created attachment 465445 [details] Video recording of bug Clicking the button to add a new CSS rule doesn't work on first attempt. Likewise when using the context menu to create a new pseudo-element (::before/::after) or pseudo-class rule (:visited/:hover/etc.) The operation works after the second attempt, but two CSS rules are added. Repeatedly adding a CSS rule with the same selector marks all duplicate rules as editable. Only the last created rule should be editable.
