Avoid unnecessary work in DocumentTimelinesController::updateAnimationsAndSendEvents() when there are no listeners for those events.
In many cases, there are no listeners for those animation events and we still spend a significant amount of time in DocumentTimelinesController::updateAnimationsAndSendEvents() dealing with these events.
