Description Brent Fulgham 2023-03-20 15:45:49 PDT

In Bug 245396, we revised our Navigator.plugins response to better match the standard. Unfortunately, I made the plugin Localized, which provides a language-specific label for this plugin.

Since that is not what the specification requires, this violates some anti-fraud site logic and is not generally helpful.

This change removes that translation and simply hard-codes the text as defined in https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/system-state.html#pdf-viewing-support.
