Bug 147909 added the ability to throttle the bandwidth. In web performance work, latency is very important as well. It would be great if the setting affected that value as well.

More broadly, supporting all Network Link Conditioner options would be terrific.

Thank you for the enhancement request!

I don't expect that we'd ever be targeting NLC parity for the sake of parity, so re-titling to track the specific request for latency control.

If you would like to see other settings, it's best to file separate enhancement requests, as discussion of those could go in very different ways.
