The following two tests:

imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/html/cross-origin-opener-policy/tentative/restrict-properties/iframe-popup-to-soap.https.html?5-6
imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/html/cross-origin-opener-policy/tentative/restrict-properties/iframe-popup-to-soap.https.html?7-8

are flaky crashes on macOS appearing primarily on Ventura and a flaky failure on iOS 16.

I was able to replicate this crash at Ventura ToT as follows:

run-webkit-tests imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/html/cross-origin-opener-policy/tentative/restrict-properties/iframe-popup-to-soap.https.html
