I was able to replicate this failure on iOS 16 and Ventura ToT as follows:

run-webkit-tests --iOS-simulator imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/css/css-backgrounds/background-attachment-margin-root-001.html (-1 for WK1)

This test has been failing for a very long file, but the test expectation was removed by Brent in 261903@main.
