Once https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=254725 lands, GPU process for DOM rendering and UI site compositing will be enabled by default on some macOS.
Add options to disable them manually in layout tests.

Looks like this needs to be done as a part of the bug 254725.
