Screencast showing kinetic scrolling not working over GitLab code segments

On GitLab, scrolling with a touchpad over code segments do not carry vertical momentum, but horizontal kinetic scrolling works.

Tested on WebKitGTK 2.41.1, Epiphany Technology Preview
