1. Open Safari.
2. Disable accelerated drawing (Debug > Drawing/Compositing Flags > Disable Full Page Accelerated Drawing).
3. Navigate to https://webkit.org.
4. Move the pointer over some links on the page, and notice the wrong ones get underlines.
5. Try hovering over the menu drop downs at the top of the page, and notice they do not render.
