is a constant ImageOnlyFailure on iOS.

this started to constantly fail after our update to iOS 16.4

I have reproduce this on iOS 16 Release ToT running the test as follows:

run-webkit-tests --iOS-simulator compositing/geometry/css-clip-oversize.html

I have also marked expectations for this test below while this is under investigation:
