are constant text failures on Ventura only.

It appears iOS is also a constant failure, but has corrected itself on newer results. 


I was able to replicate the Ventura failures as follows:

run-webkit-tests --root fast/block/basic/011.html fast/block/basic/minheight.html fast/block/margin-collapse/103.html

The failures also appear to have began around 262621@main

I was able to replicate the failure at 262621@main; However, I was also able to replicate on 262620 and 262619 although results shows its passing.

Ah, I rebaselined these for iOS in https://commits.webkit.org/262717@main before we had updated Ventura bots. We likely need to do the same in platform/mac and add new baselines in platform/mac-monterey.
