I was able to run on Ventura ToT as follows:
run-webkit-tests --root imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/css/css-text/line-break/line-break-anywhere-overrides-uax-behavior-009.html
I did notice failure on iOS 16 and Monterey; but these appear to be expected failures from before.
These tests appear to have started failing after 262621@main as well.
