https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=253610 removed because isLayoutDependent in ComputedStyleExtractor was not handling the margin-block and margin-inline shorthands correctly. We should add this assert back into the function once isLayoutDependent handles the shorthands correctly
