I was able to reproduce these failures at Ventura Debug ToT on Apple Silicon running the tests as follows:

run-webkit-tests <test_goes_here>

I have marked the expectations for this test prior here:

I had initially assumed that this was a macOS Ventura 13.3 regression. After further investigation I found that wasn't the case, and that our range appears to be 262625@main-262645@main.

Disregard this. It actually was a macOS 13.3 regression. It appears to be a commit regression. However, the last time it was passing it was running on macOS 13.3, but the WebKit built product was build with Xcode 14.2, which wouldn't have had the macOS 13.3 SDK yet. The next build was after we upgraded the bots to 13.3, and the builders to Xcode 14.3. That's when the constant failures started.

Just to confirm I downloaded a build that was older than the last known passing point (262625@main) and it still failed.

The text is rendered fairly differently at small size, weird that a reftest is affected.
