SVG showing artifacts after moving element

When a drop-shadow filter is attached to a group, and an element inside that group moves, it leaves artifacts.

A minimal reproduction is provided in https://jsfiddle.net/highcharts/rhgksLtw/ and in the SVG attachment.

I am able to reproduce this bug using WebKit ToT (263785@main) using attached test case.

Chrome Canary 115 does not have any artifacts and I think it is more an issue with Layout & Rendering rather than SVG.

CCing - Alan to get his input on Layout & Rendering being source issue here or it is just SVG issue?
