Steps to reproduce: 1) Go to https://stat-info.cz/safari-sw-download-tests.html 2) Start download using Test #1 Download manager now shows 0 kB target file size during the download. It doesn't respect Content-Length header sent from ServiceWorker via Response. Reproducible on iOS 16.4, 16.2 and 16.1. Working fine on iOS 15.7. Working fine in Safari 16.4 on macOS 13.3.1.
