I think this might be due to an underlying issue with the bots, like https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=257361#c2
bot216 was the one implicated for the failures on Ventura.

Looking at logs, I can see that H264 encoding is skipping frames, which might be due to CPU overload.
I'll make the test run a little longer and reduce the frame rate/frame size to reduce encoding processing.
