Safari 16.4 (and its contemporary major browser vendors) user agents were recently upstreamed in Web Inspector -- see https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=255636.

We should reflect these updates in MiniBrowser because, if nothing else, we bring the current set of user agent strings to a state that's not quite as outdated.
