Hi Team,

While going through Blink's multicolumn bugs, I came across failing test case.

^ Fails in Safari Technology Preview 170 as well (along with Safari 16.5). Both Chrome Canary 115 and Firefox Nightly 115 works fine (although Chrome shows 'green' rect in second column while Firefox in first).

Just wanted to raise, so we can fix this.
