TestWebKitAPI.ServiceWorkers.ServerTrust is a flaky timeout. HISTORY: https://results.webkit.org/?suite=api-tests&test=TestWebKitAPI.ServiceWorkers.ServerTrust I was attempted to replicate this timeout on Ventura ToT as follows: run-api-tests --root TestWebKitAPI.ServiceWorkers.ServerTrust

This test was previously disabled for iOS due to an EWS backlog. It is now appearing on the macOS EWS queue for its flaky timeouts. Disabling this test while investigated.
