This is a regression of the WebGL ANGLE implementation, we are no longer doing the GPU-GPU textures copy.

Yes, it's related, I didn't know the other bug existed, but the other one doesn't cover the gst gl case, only DMA-BUF. We can use this opne only for gst-gl, but maybe we can do both in the same patch.
