Web App prompt

Add https://push-notifications-demo.netlify.app to the Dock and enable push notifications. Note how the prompt comes from the hosting app `Web App` (see the screenshot).

Similar to https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=257806, this isn't part of the WebKit open source project, rather is in an internal component at Apple.

This has been resolved in macOS Sonoma 14.0 Beta 2 (23A5276g).
