Steps to reproduce:
Navigate the www.dailymail.co.uk website.
Click on articles and scroll
At some point the page reload without any reason.
We’ve check on different chrome versions
114, 113, 111 and safari version 15 and 16 and issue can be replicated there.
We’ve checked on Ios versions 16.5; 16.03, 15.6, 15.3 

Expected result:
Page should not reload/refresh without user doing it

Actual result:
Page refresh by itself

Additional info,
Bug was originally raised on the chromium board
https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=1453204#c5

but I was advised to raised with webkit

The message from the chromium team was

Thanks, that would confirm that this is triggered by WebKit (all browsers on iOS use WebKit as their rendering engine, and the reload in the video looks like the automatic reload that Chrome and Safari do after a renderer crash).
