System Info:

- OS: Ventura 13.4 (22F66);
- Safari 16.5 (Webkit 605.1.15);
- Macbook Air M1 2020

After 20 seconds the message appears in the console:

1. The visualizer will work intermittently
2. After saving the recording: the message ‘A MediaStreamTrack ended due to a capture failure’ appears in the console.
3. Safari Technology Preview Release 171 (Safari 16.4, WebKit 18616.1.15): visualizer will appear to work (but it’s not reacting to the microphone itself). No errors are logged to console but the recording is in fact empty and the browser audio control still states error.

- Problem also occurs in safe mode;
- Chrome 114.0.0.0 (WebKit 537.36) works correctly.

Could you send a sysdiagnose at youenn@apple.com after reproducing the issue, with a rough timestamp of when the issue happens?
