Reproduction steps:
1. Go to https://lit.github.io/todomvc/
2. Add a todo item: e.g. "hello"
3. Delete the newly added item.

Expected result:
App goes back to the original state

Actual result:
Backdrop shadow artifact is left

This seems to be a repaint issue. The issue goes away if I resize the window.

It does look like a dupe of https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=207586.
However, I can't reproduce the issue on this specific website (video attached).
