When applying styling on letter in Arabic letters they should like this image:

But now they appears broken like the image:

This issue was fixed with latest LayoutNG as found here:
https://www.chromium.org/blink/layoutng/

But the issue is with WebKit text rendering

Since 2005 and no fix. Any reason why?
