WebDriver tests take a considerable amount of time (8 hours) in WebKitGTK GTK4 buildbot: https://build.webkit.org/#/builders/9/builds/28026 Skip this testsuite in GTK4 bot for now until it can run successfully in a reasoable amount of time.
