Playwright webkit v 1.35 (also replicable on lower versions, e.g. v1.33)

Page load event doesn't fire in webkit, hanging the navigation. Bug discovered and documented here https://github.com/microsoft/playwright/issues/23574
The issue does not occur for firefox or chromium binaries, just webkit.
