With Epiphany 44.3 + WebKitGTK 2.40.3 + GStreamer 1.22.4, opening https://studios.ecchi.ca/videos/texture.webm in a new tab and trying to seek the video does not work. It does in Firefox and Chromium, however.

Hm, I hit this once earlier today, but it *generally* does seek successfully. Drat.
