If we are cherry-picking a cherry-pick, we should attempt to de-duplicate the cherry-pick, so we don't have linked-lists of cherry-picks. 'git-webkit cherry-pick' already does this, although we should really have 'prepare-commit-msg' own this, because it is often the case that we would like to cherry-pick a cherry-pick but represent this action as a single cherry-pick.
