The Yocto version used for cross-building WPE with cross-toolchain-helper is currently based on Yocto 4.1 (Langdale).

Let's update it to Yocto 4.2 (Mickledore).

There is an issue on Fedora:38 with Yocto 4.1 caused because of incompatible binaries from the Yocto's uninative base toolchain. This new Yocto version fixes that (as far as I can test).
