On Nvidia RTX 4070 (driver version 535)

1. Set WEBKIT_DMABUF_RENDERER_DISABLE_GBM=1
2. Visit diep.io or https://fortintam.com/en/clients/
3. Try to scroll
4. Flickers severely

WEBKIT_DMABUF_RENDERER_DISABLE_GBM=1 is needed because otherwise the web view is blank as per https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=259644
