Issue: When visiting builds.webkit.org, an red error banner appears informing the user that the buildbotURL config attribute is misconfigured.

Steps to Reproduce: Visit https://builds.webkit.org. It appears at the top.

Error text: Warning: c['buildbotURL'] is misconfigured to https://build.webkit.org/. Should be: https://builds.webkit.org/.

Note: issue does not reproduce when loading https://build.webkit.org. It is only present on https://builds.webkit.org.

I think that the way to fix this would be to redirect.

CNAME has be changed to 301 redirect to https://build.webkit.org
