git-webkit saves created bugs into a repositories 'git config'. This technique is sustainable when applied to `eng/` branches, but often, we assign these bugs to long lived branches (like 'main'). That results in a long list of bugs associated with a branch that 1) is never cleaned up and 2) can confuse our commit message generator.
